Athletes train on the phone. Coaches use a browser. Same account. Same language. The desk is where the block is written and the roster is watched.

Clients and programs
Search the roster. Invite with a package link or a join code. Write a block from intake, apply a template, or start blank and add weeks and sessions.

Messages
Read and reply in the thread. A bulk note is still private: each client receives their own copy. Delivery, seen, and acknowledged stay visible.

Calendar and form
See who logged the day. Review form checks and form intelligence. Accept a finding, override it, or mark a clip as the reference.

Nutrition and billing
Set targets, lock or exclude foods, assign supplements with dose and timing. Packages are yours. Coaching starts after payment confirms.

The split is deliberate. A browser is the wrong place to log a set. A phone is the wrong place to run a roster.

Invites
A client arrives with a package, not a guess.
Send a package link, copy a join code, or assign someone who already has an account. The athlete confirms the package, creates the login, and pays. You receive them after payment is confirmed.
Membership is A$15 a month from release, 50 cents a day. It is not billed yet. An invite still puts the programme on their account. Notes can stay private, go to the client, or be marked important so they show on login.
Messages can go to one person, a selection, or every active client. A bulk send is still private — each person gets their own copy. You can see delivered, seen, and acknowledged.
New clients can inherit your default automation. You override it per person. Pause, archive, or set active without deleting the history.
