What the app is allowed to know.

Account. Email is used to sign in and to send confirmation and reset codes. It is tied to your account. It is not used to track you across other companies’ apps.

Training and nutrition. Sessions, check-ins, messages, and food logs are stored so the programme and the coach can use them. That is the point of the account.

Health. Optional. If you connect, UNITY reads steps, sleep, heart rate, heart-rate variability, weight, and active energy from Apple Health or Health Connect. It does not write back. You can disconnect in Profile.

Photos. Meal photos are sent to be analysed, then discarded. They are not kept. Lifting clips you choose to store are kept privately for you and your assigned coach, and you can delete them.

Diagnostics. Crash reports include device type, app version, and an anonymous account id. They do not include meal photos, passwords, or health readings.

Deletion. You can ask for your account data to be deleted. Write to team@quietunity.app.
