Targets
Training day and rest day are different standards.
Energy, protein, carbohydrates, fats, and water. Rest-day numbers sit under the training-day targets when the day should be quieter.
04 / The table
Calories, macros, and water, measured the same way as the session: honest numbers, no theatre.
Targets
Energy, protein, carbohydrates, fats, and water. Rest-day numbers sit under the training-day targets when the day should be quieter.
The plate
The camera identifies foods and estimates portions. You tap a line to change the name or the grams, then add it to today. Photos are sent only to analyse the meal, then discarded.
The pack
Hold the barcode in the frame or type the number. Search the food library in grams. If nothing matches, enter calories and macros yourself.
The coach’s table
Apply a meal plan to today and still edit it. Locked foods stay in the builder. Excluded foods are not offered. Supplements are marked taken or skipped.
Three doors. You always confirm before the log changes.
01
Fill the frame. UNITY names the foods and estimates grams. Tap a line to edit. Set a plate diameter if you want the portion read tighter. Then add it to today.
02
Hold the barcode in the frame or type the number. A miss becomes a custom log — you enter the calories and macros rather than inventing a match.
03
The library is searched in grams. A serving shortcut is there when the food has one. Saved meals can be reused. Favourites stay close.
Meal photos are sent only to analyse the meal, then discarded. They are not kept as a gallery. Barcode frames are not stored as photos.
Your coach can lock foods that should stay in the builder and exclude foods that must not be offered. A calorie target can be locked so an automatic nutrition change cannot slide it.
Supplements assigned to you show dose and timing. Mark them taken or skipped. That is the whole interaction.
