The desk
Coach billing and the practice live in the browser. After the account exists, open the desk and choose a plan. Athlete training stays on the phone.
When it opens
You still need the invite.
The app opens without a programme. Today says so: join with a coach invite to receive the work. Paste the join code, or open the package link your coach sent.
Confirm your email with the six-digit code. If a password is forgotten, the reset code is emailed. It is not printed on this website.
Camera access is for meal photos, barcodes, and lifting clips. Health access is optional and read-only. Notifications can remind you when rest is over and when your coach messages you.
